A syrup manufacturing plant consists of a sugar melting vessel, a manufacturing vessel, a storage vessel and a filter press. All of these components are made of FDA approved materials. They are designed to make efficient use of the available space. This allows them to operate with minimal manpower.

The Liquid Manufacturing Plant is a set of equipments designed for the manufacture of syrups, liquid oral formulations and other water based pharmaceutical products for capacities ranging from 500 ltrs. to 10000 ltrs.
The Sugar Syrup Vessel is supplied with high speed stirrer & electrical heating (In small model) / steam heating facility (In bigger size model). The sugar syrup is prepared at required temperature & are transferred to Manufacturing Vessel by vacuum or by transfer pump.
